This spacious 3 bedroom villa is ideally located in a quiet location just 2 minutes walk (150 m) from the two beaches of St Jean Bay (St Jean and Pelican), making it a perfect location. There is Eden Rock, the junction point of the two beaches. You are close to Nikki Beach and various shops and restaurants + pharmacy. Everything in this neighborhood can be done on foot!
ROOMS DETAILS
Each room is air conditioned with dressing room and overlooks the garden / patio. Bedroom 2 is communicating with bedroom 1 but also has a private entrance from outside. The house has 2 private bathrooms with shower and toilet. The main room consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful bar, TV with US satellite and Canal Satellite, and dining area, all air-conditioned and open to living room with sofa and a second TV. It also has a closed gym in an indoor patio.

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
