Villa Océane is a modern two-bedroom villa with a pool located at the top of Governor’s Hill with an amazing panoramic view of the ocean and Governor’s Beach.
The villa is a haven of peace just 5 minutes from Gustavia and 10 minutes to St. Jean.

The villa is composed of several living and relaxation areas.
The central pavilion includes a living room (air-conditioned) with a sofa, a large smart TV and a desk.
From the living room you will have access to the large terrace where the fully equipped kitchen is located, a lounge area with sea view and a table for 6 people sits on a shaded and sheltered terrace.

The master bedroom can be accessed from both the living room and this terrace.
The second bedroom is in a separate bungalow.
Each bedroom has air-conditioned, a private bathroom and sea view.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Currency conversion provided for information only and subject to confirmation through our agents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
