Villa Only View is a 4-bedrooms, fully air-conditioned and decorated in a modern and refined style. 
Located off the west coast of Pointe Milou in St Barthelemy, a few minutes away from the Island’s top spots.
Three bedrooms are accessed from the main room : two rooms have an ocean view, and the third, situated in the rear has a garden view.
The fourth bedroom has limited views and is situated on the lower level, accessed from the outdoor stairway
The kitchen, very well-equipped, is open on the living room which offers a view on the nice heated pool with the sea in the background.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Currency conversion provided for information only and subject to confirmation through our agents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
