Villa QUARTZ is located within a private estate comprising four villas, each named after a precious stone: Villa Tourmaline, Villa Quartz, Villa Lazuli, and Villa Larimar. Located within the same property, these villas share a common gym, ensuring unobstructed views and optimal privacy, as they do not face each other. Located in a quiet neighborhood, they are just steps from the peaceful Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon, surrounded by numerous restaurants and water activities.

Villa QUARTZ, which reflects the properties of stone to improve energy balance and inner calm, offers a perfect blend of luxurious comfort and simplicity. This soothing villa is centered around a spacious covered terrace equipped with a fully functional outdoor kitchen. The terrace also includes a large relaxation area with several sofas, lounge chairs, a high-top dining table, and a heated infinity pool overlooking the magnificent lagoon.

IInside, the villa features an air-conditioned living area including a second fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, and access to the first two connecting bedrooms. These bedrooms, similar in design and comfort, are independently accessible from the outside via the terrace. The third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessible via a stone path in the garden or via stairs from the pool terrace. It overlooks the garden and the lagoon, thus avoiding the feeling of being beneath the villa.

On the same lower level, there is a superb gym with panoramic views. It is equipped with machines, a wide range of equipment, and an outdoor punching bag, for a complete workout experience.

Villa Lazuli is connected to Villa Quartz by a shared gate, allowing both villas to be rented together to accommodate larger groups.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
