Villa Rose Dog is a modern 4 bedrooms,, built on 3 different levels, located on Devet hillside and offering wonderful vistas on Petit Cul de Sac, Toiny, the ocean, as well as stunning sunrises.
This villa is the perfect place for a family vacation or with friends. Villa Rose Dog can be rented together with Villa Magnifica (connecting gate and stairs in the garden) allowing a total of 6 bedrooms.

Two equivalent king size bedded rooms are located each side of the great room and have direct pool terrace access. The bedroom 3 is in the independant bungalow located higher in the garden and has its own kitchenette on the covered terrace, at the back of the villa, whereas the bedroom 4 is below the pool.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
