It is made up of several bungalows including one for the kitchen. In the main building there is the living room and dining room which opens onto the lagoon side terrace. You can also enjoy a 2nd small swimming pool which is heated.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
