Villa Vi is a modern villa located in St Jean, close to the beach and shops.

Full equipped and totally air-conditioned, the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms : the master bedroom with private bathroom is located to the left of the living-room, the two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom, are located on the right side of the living room facing the pool. The fourth bedroom, with is private bathroom, is located on the lower level of the villa.

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Currency conversion provided for information only and subject to confirmation through our agents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
