Dreamtime is a family and friends cosy villa with 6 bedrooms, nestled on the majestic heights of Vitet, in St Barts. Villa Dreamtime benefits from the calm of its privileged environment, and offers an impressive rich view of the Grand Fond Valley and its breathtaking wild hills prolonged by the ocean view. The villa has been completely renovated and furnished with style. It is ideal for relaxing and enjoying happiness privileged moments with your loved ones.
On the first floor, you will find 3 beautiful superiors bedrooms with large bay window and private bathroom. On the main floor, there are 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for children. In addition, there is a 6th bedroom, which has its own outdoor entrance and outdoor kitchen-terrace like an independent studio, private bathroom and a door leading directly to the first floor of the villa (ideal for a nanny, staff or teenagers).

VILLA POLICY

ST BARTH DREAM VILLA don’t add service charge to all rates. You save 10% on your staying and you have the same conciergerie service during your staying.
All villa prices are subject to the mandatory 5% Accomodation Tax, like in any agency. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Holidays Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Currency conversion provided for information only and subject to confirmation through our agents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty)

For Bookings not including Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount

For Bookings during the Christmas and/or New Year Holidays
> Cancellation 60 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
> Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
